Frank Kerins, Jr. is an Associate Professor of Finance in the Jake Jabs College of Business & Entrepreneurship (JJCBE) at Montana State University. He has used many Montana entrepreneurial ventures as cases in his courses. His recent research has focused on the financial risks associated with entrepreneurial ventures, initial public offerings, and firm valuation. He is just completing a project with colleagues from the Center for Biofilm Engineering and the JJCBE to identify market opportunities for industrial and medical biofilm-related products. Frank believes that MSU is an essential piece of Montana’s entrepreneurial future.
