Pam Sveinson has been consulting with a variety of clients since 1999. Pam specializes in individual executive coaching, facilitation of management team sessions and consulting on large scale culture initiatives.

The focus of Pam’s work is leadership coaching and large scale culture and organization change. Her client work has spanned 15 years, working with global corporations, e-commerce start-ups and small businesses as well as non-profit organizations.

Prior to 1999, Pam had a career of more than 20 years holding executive HR positions with Cowles Media Company/Star Tribune and with First Bank System, both in Minneapolis. She also has been a member of the board of directors for several firms, serving as both the chair of their HR committees as well as board chair. Pam received her master’s in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota in 1980.

In her spare time, Pam has been working on subdividing and developing property in her home state of Montana near West Yellowstone, which includes the operation of Kirkwood Resort & Marina, where she also has been active in a variety of community efforts.
